Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts and Legal Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contract renewals and amendments, optimizing processes to maintain customer relationships
• Negotiate and redline SaaS contracts, acting as a liaison for contract life cycle management
• Implement streamlined contract processes and create visibility into contract status and legal risks

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex SaaS agreements
• Experience creating and implementing efficient legal operations processes
• Proficiency in modern data privacy laws and frameworks is a plus
• Background in working with international counterparties is a plus
• A 4-year college degree in a related field is required
