Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts and Legal Systems Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the negotiation and support of various commercial contracts throughout the entire lifecycle
• Oversee and manage commercial tickets within the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system
• Manage and optimize the integration between the CLM system and Salesforce, ensuring efficient contract tracking and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Located in North America
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience with CLM and CRM systems, contract management, or legal operations
• Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating standard commercial contracts
• Familiarity with high growth private companies and a dynamic technology environment
