Contracts and Legal Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end contracting process, the full-time remote Contracts and Legal Operations Specialist will draft, negotiate, and close standard commercial agreements while collaborating with various teams and overseeing contract automation.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and close standard commercial agreements, including NDAs and vendor contracts, from first draft to signature
• Review and finalize AI-generated redlines and manage the full contract lifecycle, including intake and renewals
• Own contract automation and playbooks, updating clause libraries and tracking vendor requests through Jira

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in contracts, legal operations, or deal desk roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proficiency in using AI tools for drafting and reviewing contracts
• Experience with Salesforce and Jira
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle competing requests
• Ability to work in a dynamic role with evolving processes and tooling
