Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts & Privacy Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of contracts and vendor legal matters
• Act as the primary point of contact for contract lifecycle management, including drafting, review, negotiation, and execution
• Provide privacy and data protection support, integrating privacy requirements into contracts and initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Law degree
• 2-5 years of experience in legal roles, particularly in contracts and/or privacy matters
• Interest in a practical, execution-oriented legal role
• Comfort working across global markets and multiple jurisdictions
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills
