Job Summary

To advance operational and administrative procurement needs, the fully remote Contracts and Procurement Associate Manager will coordinate service contracts, lead the contracting process, and ensure compliance with funding requirements while mentoring staff and promoting best practices.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop procurement strategies and conduct vendor due diligence for purchases
  • Lead contract review and negotiation, identifying risks and making mitigation recommendations
  • Implement procurement policies and train staff on processes and requirements
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certification with 7 years of relevant experience in procurement and contracting
  • JD preferred with 4 years of relevant experience in procurement and contracting
  • Foundational understanding of federal procurement regulations and compliance frameworks
  • Experience in leading or mentoring colleagues or direct reports
  • Commitment to the mission of the organization and authorized to work in the United States
