Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts & Procurement Specialist who understands contract law and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and modify client master service agreements and confidentiality agreements to mitigate risk
  • Develop and manage contracts for procurement of goods and services, negotiating terms with suppliers
  • Support contract formation activities and provide administrative support for audits and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain, or a relevant area, or equivalent experience
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in procurement or contracts
  • Understanding of legal terminology and risk compliance in contracts
  • Knowledge of business insurance and relevant terminology
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
