Job Summary

Supporting the Seattle team in a hybrid role, the full-time Contracts and Programs Administrator will manage contract processing and execution, prepare necessary documentation for contracts, and ensure compliance with various regulations while collaborating with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities
  • Manages and monitors contract processing and execution
  • Prepares necessary documents for new or renewed contracts as required by private and governmental contractors
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two years of experience in business-related work
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • A detail-oriented mindset
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
