Job Summary
Supporting the Seattle team in a hybrid role, the full-time Contracts and Programs Administrator will manage contract processing and execution, prepare necessary documentation for contracts, and ensure compliance with various regulations while collaborating with senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Manages and monitors contract processing and execution
- Prepares necessary documents for new or renewed contracts as required by private and governmental contractors
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two years of experience in business-related work
- Proficiency in MS Office
- A detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent time management and organization skills
