A company is looking for a Contracts and Proposal Manager to manage the contract lifecycle and lead proposal efforts for new business.

• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements while ensuring compliance with federal regulations
• Lead the end-to-end proposal development process for federal and commercial solicitations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposal content and manage submission timelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field
• 5+ years of direct experience in federal government contracting
• Experience managing contract administration and proposal development efforts
• In-depth knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
• U.S. Citizenship is required
