Job Summary

As a full-time remote Contracts Associate, the candidate will engage in drafting and refining contracts, ensuring accurate quotes, and building knowledge of the company's consulting and managed services across various database technologies, while collaborating with internal teams to enhance negotiation skills.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and refine contracts with guidance, utilizing tools like Salesforce and Ironclad
• Verify quotes to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer entitlements and service delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams to review agreements and support responses to RFPs and vendor requests

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, English, philosophy, political science, pre-law, or a related field
• Demonstrated attention to detail through coursework, internships, or projects
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on identifying and addressing issues
• Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn new technologies and platforms
