Job Summary
Detail-oriented and client-focused, the remote Contracts Associate will manage contract revisions and expansions for existing clients, ensuring timely execution and effective communication throughout the process.
Key responsibilities
- Own the contract revision and expansion process, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure smooth execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries, maintaining clear communication and building trust with clients
- Maintain organized records of contracts and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in renewals, contract operations, customer success, or account management, preferably in a B2B SaaS or healthcare technology environment
- Proven track record of managing contract revisions and expansions with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable in client-facing roles, demonstrating effective communication skills
- Strong project management abilities, capable of handling multiple contracts and deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM tools, with Salesforce experience being a plus
