Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Attorney.

Key Responsibilities:

Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts in a high through-put environment
Review and revise service agreements, client policy documents, and related documents
Ensure contract activity and administration is in accordance with company policies and legal requirements

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of commercial contracting experience, supporting commercial sales team or professional services
Experience with FCRA preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
JD from an accredited Law School
Active law license in any of the 50 states
