Contracts Attorney (State Licensed)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Attorney (B2B SaaS).

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end contracting execution across customer, partner, and government agreements
• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including SaaS agreements and NDAs
• Track and improve key contracting metrics while implementing process improvements and automation

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school; active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 5+ years of focused experience in commercial contracting, ideally in SaaS or technology environments
• Deep experience negotiating enterprise SaaS agreements and MSAs
• Experience supporting government or public-sector contracts is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage high deal volume while maintaining quality and consistency
