Contracts Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Business Partner, DoW - Principal.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contracts strategic advisor to market leadership, identifying risks, opportunities, and solutions throughout the business lifecycle
• Partner with Capture Managers and Business Development to review RFPs and provide contracts guidance to enhance win probability
• Lead and negotiate contracts while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or related field with a minimum of 15 years of federal contracting experience; additional experience may substitute for degree
• Proven ability to influence outcomes and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of contract types and expertise in FAR/DFARS; experience with GSA, OASIS, Alliant, and GovCon vehicles preferred
• Self-starter with strong business acumen and the ability to manage a dynamic portfolio with minimal supervision
• Active Secret clearance preferred
