Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts & Compliance Administrator to manage contracts and ensure compliance for various clients in the Facilities Hub.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and onboarding new vendors, assisting with RFP submissions, and educating vendors on compliance expectations
  • Monitoring vendor compliance with company and client standards, providing customer support, and resolving issues
  • Issuing vendor contracts and amendments, maintaining tracking spreadsheets, and assisting with special projects
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of an Associate Level diploma or equivalent experience
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to continue training in relevant skills and technologies
