Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts & Compliance Manager for their Operations department in Portland, Oregon (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee contract execution, compliance, reporting, and close-out
- Manage subrecipient monitoring process for 40+ subrecipients
- Develop and improve policies and procedures for contract management and compliance
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of prime and subcontract administration and management experience
- Strong understanding of subrecipient management policies and procedures
- Deep knowledge of risk, contract, and legal principles
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient in Excel and familiarity with CRM databases
