Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts Coordinator - Temporary.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate price files and send customer price notifications
- Assign Sales Opportunities and Bids to the appropriate Sales Reps and contract coordinators
- Collaborate with the Supervisor to plan and monitor administrative tasks related to contract management
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 3 years of administrative experience or equivalent
- Ability to compile and format data in Microsoft Excel
- Motivated and flexible team player
- Functional knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.com is a plus
