Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Coordinator to manage bids, solicitations, and contract administration with the Federal Government.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the company's GSA Schedule and foster relationships with federal consultants
  • Act as the central point of contact for bids and solicitations, ensuring compliance and managing the bid pipeline
  • Provide contractual guidance to internal leadership and assist in identifying new contract opportunities


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Direct experience with federal contracting and knowledge of government contracting concepts
  • Experience with government competitive procurement processes
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, with intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge
  • Ability to work in a deadline-conscious, results-driven environment
