Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts Coordinator to support and optimize contract management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifies and recommends improvements to invoicing and tracking workflows
- Provides critical input for tracking and recordation of contract activity
- Develops and manages standardized and ad hoc contract management tools and dashboards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, life sciences, or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of experience in data and financial analytics, preferably in the IVD or Healthcare sector
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft/Google Workspace tools
- Prior experience reading and interpreting contracts is a significant plus
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive corrective action
