Job Summary
Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Contracts Coordinator will support the North America/Canada commercial team by managing contract requests, maintaining documentation, and coordinating cross-functional teams, with the option for remote work arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Monitoring, assigning, completing, and tracking contracts requests
- Completing vendor questionnaires and documentation to support the sales process
- Reviewing, analyzing, and preparing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other bid opportunities
Required qualifications
- Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Contracts Administrator, Contracts Coordinator, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
