Job Summary
To support project management efforts, the full-time Associate Contracts Coordinator will define project scope, prepare contracts, and assist with cost analysis while working remotely within the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Outline project scope and prepare contracts for medium- to large-sized projects across various Biopharmaceutical service lines
- Create change orders as requested and assist with project builds in eLIMS according to approved contracts
- Collaborate with business development and operations staff to ensure adherence to sales processes and workflows
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field and 1 year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to be cross-trained in regulatory strategy and client interactions
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; PowerPoint knowledge is highly desirable
- Ability to interpret and analyze business documents and technical procedures
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
