Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Contracts Coordinator will provide transactional and operational support across the contracts process, including coordinating contract intake, reviewing agreements, and maintaining data integrity within the contract lifecycle management system.

Key responsibilities
  • Review incoming contracts for completeness and identify key contractual terms for entry into the CLM system
  • Coordinate contract intake, triage, and assignment while tracking contract status and monitoring deadlines
  • Manage the end-to-end signature process for assigned matters, ensuring proper execution sequencing and timely follow-up
Required qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in paralegal studies or a related field; paralegal certificate may be accepted in lieu of a degree
  • 2+ years of relevant experience required; paralegal certificate preferred
  • Ability to read and understand routine contracts and identify key provisions
  • Basic understanding of contract lifecycle processes and document workflows
  • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and document handling
