Contracts Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, interpret, and negotiate provisions in commercial, professional services, and data privacy agreements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams during contract review and provide guidance to internal and external customers
• Lead a team of contract managers and provide guidance on contract review and negotiation

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of legal experience with a corporate legal department or a nationally recognized law firm
• JD from ABA-accredited law school and current bar membership in good standing
• Strong business judgment and ability to recognize risk elements in business transactions
• Self-starter with good business sense and ability to work well under pressure
• In-house experience with a technology company preferred
