Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Counsel (Vendors, Payments, and Tech) for a temporary remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate services agreements with vendors
• Advise on inquiries related to the terms of these agreements
• Provide risk assessments on contractual terms and participate in negotiations with vendors and insurance providers

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active attorney license in good standing
• Experience in contract negotiation and drafting
• Familiarity with insurance-related matters
• Ability to work collaboratively with outside counsel as needed
