Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Lead to manage supplier contracts for the Procurement team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate supply agreements while managing supplier redlines
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and regulatory requirements for contracts
• Utilize CLM tools to manage workflows, approvals, and contract data analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Legal Studies, or related field (JD or paralegal certification preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in contract administration or procurement contracting
• Strong knowledge of procurement categories and supplier engagement
• Experience using CLM platforms
• Understanding of contract law, compliance, and supplier risk management
