Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the contract process from end-to-end with internal and external stakeholders
• Negotiate contract terms to mitigate business risk and maximize financial objectives
• Generate and maintain accurate contract documentation in compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university
• Minimum 2 years of experience in negotiating, drafting, and managing IT contracts
• Experience in marketing, purchasing, or product merchandising in the reseller channel
• Able to work under pressure and prioritize competing demands
• Strong analytical skills and excellent organizational abilities
