Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Manager - Commercial / SaaS.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various customer and supplier contracts
• Manage the contract lifecycle and ensure compliance with business objectives
• Research and maintain legal policies, playbooks, and contract templates

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of in-house contract management experience, preferably in a SaaS technology company
• Experience with data security, data privacy, and intellectual property matters
• Knowledge of drafting IT contracts, including SaaS and non-disclosure agreements
• Experience with GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy laws
• Strong project management and record-keeping skills
