Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their Revenue Operations team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, redline, and manage a wide range of commercial contracts
• Act as a liaison between Legal, Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure timely contract execution
• Own and manage the contract workflow in Ironclad, ensuring compliance with internal processes and SLAs

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in contract review, legal operations, or a related role
• Experience with owning and managing a Deal Desk function
• Strong understanding of contract terms, legal language, and the redlining process
• Experience in Ironclad and Salesforce is a plus
• Previous experience as a paralegal is a plus
