Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Manager to join the Legal - Cloud team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate medium-risk inbound procurement contracts related to cloud infrastructure and technical operations
• Ensure compliance with internal legal standards and procurement guidelines while managing deal flow from initiation to contract signature
• Provide legal and commercial guidance to business partners and support process improvements for contract workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contract management or commercial contracting
• Strong background in commercial contract review and negotiation
• Experience with procurement, cloud infrastructure, or technical operations teams is preferred
• Ability to interpret and apply internal legal policies and risk frameworks
• Experience in technology or large-scale technical operations environments is a plus
