Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal - Contracts Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Request for Proposals (RFPs) for products and services essential for new global operational centers
• Manage contract negotiations with selected vendors and ensure compliance with organizational requirements
• Oversee the strategic sourcing lifecycle, establishing relationships with internal business partners to execute effective contracts

Required Qualifications:

• Strong background in category management and strategic sourcing
• Demonstrated experience in Human Resources spend categories
• Proven ability to lead and manage Request for Proposals (RFPs)
• Expertise in contract negotiation and management
• Experience supporting sourcing and contracting for international operational centers
