Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Manager (remote) to manage and execute contracts for a prominent client.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute contracts, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statement of Work (SOW), and Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDAs)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and manage quotes from Contract Research Organizations (CROs)
• Oversee purchase order approval, invoice reconciliation, and contract-related reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, business administration, Contract Law, or a related field (master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• In-depth knowledge of contract law principles and best practices in negotiation and drafting
• Strong understanding of risk management principles related to procurement contracts
• Proficiency with information technology applications, including Ariba, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office
