Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Manager to support the full lifecycle of customer and vendor contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and change orders for commercial and legal risk
• Identify and negotiate redlines related to indemnification, limitation of liability, payment terms, warranty, insurance, and liquidated damages
• Maintain centralized contract repository and documentation controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Legal Studies, or related field
• 3-7 years of contracts administration and/or management experience in industrial, construction, automation, or supply chain logistics environments
• Strong understanding of commercial terms and conditions and construction-style contracts
• Experience with milestone billing and payment schedules
• Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills
