Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Manager, Provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct contract analyses, negotiations, and contribute to operational implementation with network physicians and groups
• Draft and implement communication regarding new and renewed physician payer arrangements
• Develop successful relationships with Provider Relations staff and act as a liaison for problem resolution related to providers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• College degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of prior relevant experience in Contracts Management within a Provider space
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-9 and 10, DRG, HCPCS, RBRVS, and Provider Capitation
• Ability to manage projects from inception to completion
• Experience in conducting financial analyses related to contracts and strategic decisions
