Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of contract managers for the Americas region
• Oversee the initiation, negotiation, execution, drafting, and maintenance of contracts
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and support contract process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 4+ years in a similar role
• Proven experience managing a team of contract managers
• Proficiency in contract law, risk assessment, contract negotiation and drafting
• Experience using contracts lifecycle management (CLM) systems
