Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Manager of Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, negotiation, and acceptance of contracts, subcontracts, and licensing agreements
• Consult with leadership on major contract negotiations, assessing potential liabilities and risks
• Ensure efficient coordination and implementation of contract terms across the organization while providing staff supervision

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
• Advanced degree (MS/MBA/JD) required
• Contracts Management certification preferred
• Minimum five years of directly applicable contracting experience
• Minimum three years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
