A company is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their Trade Contracts team.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a variety of publishing contracts, including complex agreements
• Serve as a key escalation point for complex deal terms and ensure agreements comply with company policies
• Advise colleagues on contract matters and participate in process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 5-8 years of experience in book publishing contracts
• Ability to manage a high volume of work with varying complexity
• Experience in assessing and improving processes
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
