Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Manager to manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle from drafting through negotiation, execution, and renewal
• Draft, review, negotiate, and redline various commercial agreements
• Improve and scale contract workflows and optimize the contract lifecycle management (CLM) system

Required Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of experience as a contracts manager, paralegal, or legal operations specialist
• Experience in adtech, SaaS, or technology companies preferred
• Strong working knowledge of commercial contracts and negotiation processes
• Familiarity with legal frameworks relevant to data privacy and digital advertising
• Experience with CLM tools (e.g., Adobe Sign)
