Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their Legal Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, negotiate, and draft various agreements to meet business needs while minimizing risk
• Assist in responding to RFPs and vendor questionnaires with timely legal reviews
• Consult with various business units on contract-related issues and contribute to special projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a contracts-intensive role within relevant industries
• Knowledge of legal issues related to SaaS contracts and IP licenses
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Workspace, and contract management tools
• Proactive and solution-driven with a customer service mindset
