Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive negotiation and execution of EPC contracts for utility-scale solar and battery storage projects
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them during the contract negotiation process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on contract terms and manage the contract management process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in contract management within the renewable energy or power generation industry
• Strong understanding of utility-scale solar and battery EPC concepts and related risks
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a team
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
