Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Contracts in Sales Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and audit commercial contract data capture across various systems
• Draft, review, and redline commercial contracts in collaboration with legal and business stakeholders
• Manage the GPO/IDN membership process and ensure accurate fee reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years of applicable experience, preferably in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry
• 3 years of experience managing small teams to high performance
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Salesforce and Oracle preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
