Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Manager & Operational Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contracts across the full lifecycle, including review, negotiation, execution, and closeout
• Partner with Project Managers and Operations to ensure contracts align with project scope and execution strategy
• Support and manage insurance claims processes, including coordination and resolution

Required Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in environmental or construction industries
• Experience working with contractors and subcontractors in field-based environments
• Strong understanding of contract structures and insurance/claims processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred
• Highly driven and motivated to improve organizational processes
