Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Manager with CPG experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and draft a variety of commercial contracts, including NDAs and sponsorship agreements
• Provide legal operational and administrative support, such as trademark coordination and corporate filings
• Conduct legal research and gather information for outside counsel as needed

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in contract management
• Experience in the health and wellness or consumer packaged goods sectors is strongly preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively within a lean legal team environment
• Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week, primarily remote
• Must be located on the East Coast and available past 2 PM PT / 5 PM ET
