Contracts Manager

Job Summary

Contracts Manager is a full-time position responsible for managing the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and negotiating contracts for aerospace, defense, and commercial markets related to specialty batteries and government-funded programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and prepare contractual documents for management approval
• Manage the tracking and completion of contractual documentation and compliance
• Ensure export compliance and maintain regulatory standards across contracts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in government contracting, including firm-fixed and cost-plus contracts
• Expert knowledge of FAR, DFARs, and CFR regulations
• Thorough understanding of CMMC and cybersecurity requirements
