Contracts Manager

Job Summary

Managing various 3rd Party Fiber/Conduit and Pole Agreements, the remote Contracts Manager II will oversee project negotiations, coordinate with multiple departments, and deliver progress reports while working on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate new and renewal Pole and Conduit Attachment Agreements with power companies and other pole owners
• Coordinate and project manage pole remediation issues affecting contractual relationships with Field and Centralized Operations
• Establish and monitor a team email inbox, distributing inquiries to appropriate team members for follow-up

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in contract negotiation and management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong multi-tasking abilities with experience coordinating across multiple departments
• Experience solving complex problems through data analysis and situational review
