Job Summary
Managing contract administration processes remotely, the full-time Contracts Manager will oversee the creation and maintenance of contracts, ensuring compliance with organizational policies while collaborating with various internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the administration of contracts from inception to execution, tracking deadlines and terms
- Review and negotiate customer and vendor contracts, identifying risks and ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Maintain an organized database of executed contracts and draft abstracts for sales and procurement staff
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent job-relevant experience required
- Paralegal certification or significant progress towards such certification, or equivalent legal training
- Ability to manage a high volume of detailed work, including contract review and comparison
- Proven ability to lead teams and effectively collaborate with various departments
- Experience in handling legal and business concepts within contract documents
