Contracts Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the company's commercial contracting needs, the remote Contracts Manager will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, manage contract budgets, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance and accuracy throughout the contract lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise commercial contracts using standardized templates
• Manage and update contract budgets for active projects while working cross-functionally
• Negotiate key commercial contract terms and advise business stakeholders on contractual obligations

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Experience in the life sciences industry, preferably in clinical trial management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Salesforce.com
• Experience using or implementing Contracts Management software is preferred
