Contracts Manager

Job Summary

Supporting day-to-day commercial contracting operations for a portfolio of startup clients, the part-time Contracts Manager will manage NDA reviews, negotiate commercial agreements, and oversee the contract lifecycle process in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle NDA reviews and negotiate various commercial agreements including MSAs and SOWs
• Manage contract intake requests, triage workflows, and follow up with stakeholders for necessary information
• Track signature status and ensure proper documentation and filing of agreements post-execution

Required qualifications

• Experience in managing high-volume commercial contract workflows
• Exposure to industrial manufacturing and the energy sector
• Ability to balance multiple client priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on commercial outcomes
• In-house mindset with operational experience in contract management processes
