Contracts Manager

Job Summary

Managing all phases of the contract life cycle, the full-time remote Contracts Manager will ensure compliance with regulations, mitigate risks, and support program success while fostering a culture of continuous learning within the Contracts team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee contract management processes from pre-proposal to closeout, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations
• Enhance team knowledge of regulations and support compliance efforts through documentation and collaboration with internal partners
• Facilitate successful contractual execution of post-award activities and provide risk assessments for proposals and modifications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8-12 years of contract management and proposal experience supporting Federal government prime contracts
• Strong knowledge of FAR and agency supplements, with familiarity in SBA programs preferred
• NCMA certification or willingness to obtain one is preferred
• Construction experience beneficial
