• Drive the end-to-end contracting process, including deal intake, drafting, negotiation, and structuring

• Manage and mitigate legal, business, and data privacy risks to ensure compliance with company policies

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of contract management experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in contract administration, engineering, and construction
