Contracts Manager

Job Summary

To support the IDC Contracts team, the fully remote IDC Program Contracts Manager will manage contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to optimize deal strategies and mitigate risks over a 12-month contract period.

Key responsibilities

• Support the overall contract management function, including drafting, negotiating, and maintaining contracts playbooks
• Partner with business leads to navigate complex operations and drive cross-functional contracts risk and cost containment efforts
• Develop and improve deal-to-contract strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies and effective communication of signed contracts

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in contract management related to professional services
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience using contract management software or systems for processing and recording transactions
• Experience interpreting and complying with corporate policies in a cross-functional environment
• Familiarity with data center projects and construction industry practices is preferred
