Job Summary

Managing the full lifecycle of indirect channel contracts, the remote Contracts Manager will draft, issue, and manage agreements while ensuring compliance and alignment with strategic goals for the telecommunications or technology sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the lifecycle management of indirect channel contracts from drafting to execution and renewal
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to secure necessary approvals and ensure contract alignment with strategic goals
• Act as the primary resource for contract-related inquiries, providing guidance to internal and external partners

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in contract lifecycle management, legal operations, or corporate paralegal roles
• Hands-on experience drafting and managing commercial agreements
• Proven track record in managing multiple complex projects and priorities independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, G Suite, Salesforce, and AI-powered tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
